Refund Policy

A refund will be provided when an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete product is delivered and:

• A replacement is unavailable, or
• A replacement is declined by Silvoraa after verification.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and supporting photographs or an unboxing video, and must be verified by Silvoraa.

Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 7-8 days.

• The full product amount paid is refunded for eligible cases after verification.
• Original forward shipping charges are not refunded, as they covered the delivery of your order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) collection charges are not refundable.
• For eligible returns, return shipping is arranged and borne by Silvoraa.

Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Once the refund is approved, Silvoraa will initiate it to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Prepaid online payments (cards, UPI, net banking) are refunded to the same source.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund is transferred to your bank account via UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required details from you.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Packages lost in transit (a replacement will be issued instead)
• Orders refused at delivery
• Returns due to incorrect or incomplete address details
• Products returned used, damaged, or without original packaging/certification
• Damage limited to outer packaging only
• Change of mind or personal preference

For prepaid orders canceled before processing, a 5% deduction applies toward payment gateway and administrative costs.
