At Silvoraa, every piece is prepared with care and attention. Because our jewelry involves natural stones and made-to-order handling, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Returns are accepted only when the product you receive is:
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted without adequate proof may not be reviewed.
A replacement or exchange may be considered only if:
Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Return can be done within 24 hours. Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days at no additional cost. Replacement time is up to 5 working days.
For eligible returns confirmed by Silvoraa (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items), return shipping is arranged and borne by Silvoraa. We will provide the return pickup arrangement after your request is approved.
Original forward shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are not refunded, as they covered the delivery of your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) collection charges are not refundable.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Orders may be canceled only before preparation or dispatch begins. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
For prepaid orders canceled before processing, a 5% deduction applies toward payment gateway and administrative costs.
A refund will be provided when an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete product is delivered and a replacement is unavailable or declined by Silvoraa after verification.
