Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase. An order confirmation email indicates receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

• Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
• Items that are custom-made, personalized, or prepared specifically upon order are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways using methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported digital options. Silvoraa does not store payment card details.

In the event of an incorrect price or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order after informing the customer.

We offer shipping across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier services, and customs procedures.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by their local authorities.

Silvoraa is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items that are customized, personalized, or made to order are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
